Vistaprint.com – I’ve used this company for business cards, postcards (to be used as bookmarks or postings at libraries and on shop bulletin boards), hats, t-shirts, magnetic car signs, bumper stickers, etc. They’re always having some kind of giveaway or sale allowing you to get some products free or at a reduced price. I find the quality of their business cards and post cards excellent. The more expensive T-shirts are also of good quality. Vistaprint makes it very easy for you to design your promotional material. You can even upload your own designs without difficulty. I will admit the frequent email ads can be annoying, but I just delete them without looking at them unless I’m interested in buying something. vistaprint.com.
Weebly.com – I paid for a premium version of Weebly to construct my site because there were some premium features I wanted. It was offered by Startlogic, the web host for my site. However, if you just want a simple author or book site with maybe a blog, you can get a free one from Weebly, and they will also host it for you free. I really like their drag and drop site builder. It’s so easy to use, plus they provide quite a number of designs. Their video tutorials are very clear and easy to follow. This blog and my website use one of their designs. Believe me, these site building programs have come a long way in the last few years. weebly.com.
I'll discuss some other helpful resources in future blogs. In the meantime, keep writing and trust yourself.
